@TrevorAllenMD and that's the thing with a lot of historic formats, once they are solved they are stuck. It would be better to have a cutoff date and update a banlist to keep decks at a similar power level, but that would require an organizing body.

No format has ever fallen off quite like Goat. 🐑 Somehow in the span of 2-3 years a 20 year old format known for its variety and diversity became the most boring solved format of all time, with one deck CLEARLY dominant above all others.

@TrevorAllenMD GOAT is the only way I’m able to play. Once Synchros came, I stopped trying to keep up because polymerization was rendered useless as a result.

@Lewchube @clue_rc Yeah, but its basically a freemium game, and the urgency was to make it stable across platforms in time for worlds. I understand the disapointment, but it was never gonna live to these expectations. At most, if there is enough demand I see them adding a single player paid dlc

@clue_rc No, the game also was marketed as a follow-up to games like Stadium and Battle Revolution right from its reveal trailer that explicitly shows those games for the first time in decades. As of TODAY the game's producer said Stadium was used as a reference point for Champions.

Pokémon Champions having no singleplayer or genuinely challenging PVE is really disappointing when Stadium and Battle Revolution were such an easy template to follow.

@AnxSoSassy I always laugh at the retard take that it only serves the T1 player. You do know as the T2 player you can use ash, right? Because if you're saying that it doesn't benefit the T2 player, then the card is underwhelming and your argument doesn't hold water.
