Arrange a refund due to ticketmaster only been able to refund the original purchaser, I have been on live chat and a 45 minute phone to be told nothing can be done. The seller has full amount of money for tickets purchased and now a refund of my money please can someone assist

Everybody at the club is incredibly saddened by the passing of Newcastle United Women’s photographer Colin Lock. Colin was a hugely popular member of our family who was loved by all staff, players and supporters. Our thoughts are with all of Colin’s family and friends at this extremely difficult time.
