It’s very strange that I had ordered a bracelet from @Melorra_com on 20.10.2025 (Order No. 110248192), but the order has still not been dispatched. Usually, it takes up to 20 days, but it’s already been 24 days. Even customer care is nt responding. This is really disappointing.

@Melorra_com There is no customer care no.or whatsapp chat..it is very much horrible experience. This is a matter of too expensive product like Gold..kindly,Deliver my product within expected delivery date. Definitely it is my first and last order through @Melorra_com .

Recently,I have ordered 2 Gilded Maze bracelets and 1 ring (Order No. #PM1570597844) from @Palmonas, but received only 1 bracelet, 1 ring, and free earrings. One bracelet is missing. I’ve raised the issue but it’s still unresolved — quite disappointing from such a reputed brand.

@MyntraSupport @myntra you people are so disgusting and irresponsible,it's hard to describe your irresponsive and adamantness towards a basic service.your team gave a deadline of 24th April to resolve my issue but still this issue hasn't been resolved yet.

@MyntraSupport I have already waited for 15 days or more.. you didn't resolve my issue..only raised ticket for my complaint..and doing nothing..neither picked up my product for return nor initiate my refund..Solve my issue with in 2 days then only I can delete the invoice image..
