@bladgolem @goldenlaboobie whichever works for u. i don’t know ur body. test yourself and understand what you can handle. alternative day fasts are my good spot for consistent energy levels n weight loss. one day omad, next day fasting. or two days fasting, the next omad.

@goldenlaboobie literally me. i never count calories n i do not behave emotionally about food. i don’t cry or beat myself down if i eat something i wasn’t planning to. i either purge n then fast the next day. no one is forcing me to do anything, its my choice to be hungry
