Regarding the new asylum rule, I doubt there are enough border IJ's to adjudicate all asylum apps in fewer than 165 days (30 days to MCH, maximum 135 days with an exceptional continuance). Are they going to pull in IJ's from across the country and fuck up our dockets, lol?
