@RatedIM@AskAmex@InCommPayments STILL going in circles with Coach & Amex. Last Fri Amex told me they had stopped the pending fraudulent charge & the $ would be refunded on card within 24hrs. I called 2 days later & Amex said they never told me that & it was too late bc charge had already gone through.
@AskAmex@RatedIM@InCommPayments I am having the same issue…fraudulent charge of $497.76 at Coach. When I call # on back of card they tell me to call Coach. Coach is unable to look up the transaction in their system bc I didn’t make the order!! Going in circles for days with them both!
