@lisagerlits That’s a tough one! It’s hard when they the in-between of YA and MG. I like the Summoner series by Taran Matharu. No romance really. Some parent stuff though.

@beingcindy Yes! I could also see this being great for an SCBWI conference or part of The Next Level series. I sometimes get tired of "craft" workshops and would like more professional developement workshops where we really dig into the big issues.
