My older brother, Butch, passed away this morning. Easily the most outgoing of the four of us, he knew 25 people for every person I knew. Butch was always up for a road trip and one day I'll tell you about our last minute trip to a UK🏀 game where the truck froze to the ground.

@Phil_JKD Prayers for all of you. I have nothing but good memories of your dad. He was always so friendly and kind to us all. Brightened my day every time I saw him or your mom.

Today's the memorial service for my dad. He passed last Wednesday...two days later one of my brothers had a stroke...he's doing somewhat better now. The past week hasn't been the best...but you breathe deeply and move forward because that's what your parents taught you to do.

Today’s my dad’s 92nd birthday. From his service in Korea to more than 60 years with mom to voting with my sister in the 2022 election. He taught his four children how to act by setting an example. Happy birthday Dad!
