I've just rang special assistance at Birmingham Airport ahead of our flight to Portugal on Friday, I've already booked special assistance , just wanted to make sure I knew where to go once we got to the airport spoke to a really nice lady who told us exactly what to do and where to go once we reached the airport, and that someone will be on hand if Ryan requires any additional help ,excellent service from Birmingham Airport .

@romankemp @champneys My children's community nurse , she goes above and beyond looking after 100s of children in the community. Without her some children wouldn't be able to leave hospital. Nit only that she also looks after us mums and dad's. She is there at the drop of a pin to support us .
