@kate_rackham I’ve been a crazy lady trying to do Kaceys ‘teenage’ bedroom. Sounds silly but I want all loose ends tied up and it’s making me feel so much better.

A weekend of painting, wallpapering and building furniture in Ruby’s new bedroom… And it’s still not finished! 😩

@TheChristieNHS ward 11 is shambolic. You should be ashamed. Five hours later I am still waiting for paracetamol and now my temp has spiked. Antibiotics that are three hours overdue still not been given. Begging to see a dr at 2pm because i haven’t seen anyone all day! Joke

Well my drain lasted all of two weeks before I’m admitted for a raging infection in it. Being taken out this morning! @ThanksCancer

I’m in agony when my pleurx drain is being drained. Lower abdomen is excruciating! Anyone else had the same? I’m usually good with pain, gave birth naturally twice but this is crazy bad. @ThanksCancer

@Yuan_in_TO @ThanksCancer It’s as it’s progressing. For about five ten minutes after I’ve shut the drain off it’s still intense, but then starts to settle.

@lisao87 @ThanksCancer I am so sorry. That sounds awful. I haven’t had intense pain as you described but it started if we drained too much in one sitting. Does it start as soon as you start draining or as it progresses? Does the pain linger afterwards?

Visited a hyperbaric oxygen chamber this morning with Mark. Went in feeling pretty grim post chemo, and have come out feeling okay! Felt pretty panicky in there at times… Definitely not good for anyone with claustrophobia! 😖
