One of the saddest emailed I’ve received (& I’ve true horror stories too) was from a mum of a sporty 11yr old girl. A weak headmaster decided to run an ‘inclusive’ school sports day. Because one 9yr old boy thought he was a girl. So No categories. Just age races. Not one little girl won a race. The little girl said to her mum .. ‘why should I bother mum?’ This is what we’re telling our girls..

@GaryAnd52713996 @SaraSidewinder @panic_19XX @gecffmn It’s sadly too common for friends, family, to try to dissuade based on their own feelings. I have compassion for them - for some it’s hard to understand. Relate. I think it’s wholly possible to disagree with someone’s decisions and still love the person.

@GaryAnd52713996 @SaraSidewinder @panic_19XX @gecffmn I can say categorically that I didn’t choose to be gay anymore than I would I assume others didn’t chose to be heterosexual. If being heterosexual made your friends/family “sad,” would you consider being gay to make sure you were considering their feelings?
