@davideroverso @DisneyPixar Also, when I had to use reliability methods, I had to target a specific input space area, depending on the limit state function. All of these avoid using common but cost-computing Monte Carlo methods.

Why I love mathematics and more particularly statistics? I am always fascinated to see how methods can be used in various contexts. This study about sampling methods is written by @DisneyPixar for Rendering. I also used it to predict energy consumption. lnkd.in/gVKx6FN
