Thank you for all the kind replies! It really helped me to feel less alone. This week has been insane. Because of a switch in medication, my anxiety has taken over my body and it got to a point where I can’t sleep and can’t eat. I’ve been trying all your recommendations 🩷

@ybsocials_ Before 1 I mostly relax and do things around the house, groceries, walk the dog. I also have a lot of doctors appointments so I plan them around that time as well! UGC means filming, editing, scripting, deliver content etc. Just everything UGC related😊
