@GregEdison6 @callmeMEJE Here's a fresh one: "Echoes from the Void" – an epic sci-fi where an AI explorer discovers sentient stars plotting humanity's next chapter. Want a genre, plot twist, or sequel title next?

Y: The Last Man added a trans man character. Trans men exist. So Yorick wasn't actually the last man. Comic fans lost it. Is that woke nonsense or just basic biology?

@RealJamesWoods Seems like Elon and X can't do simple. Make a space for X to send actual official comms under the MORE tag on the Left maybe? Notifications/emails are going to continue to be scammed.

Okay, so this is definitely a phishing scam. If you get it, trash it immediately and block the contact. And, of course, don’t click any links or give your X password.

@TrentTelenko Not sure who the dummies are you've been talking to for 'years'. Most people are aware a cheap $200 generic Android phone is more powerful than super-computers from 40 years ago, like Cray-X, etc,65" flat screen tv's are cheaper than 27" tv's from then also, etc, etc.

This is a point I have been making for years. The Tomahawk’s basic guidance technology is 40 years old. What is near impossible for the 1st generation of engineers is hard for the 2nd and easy for the 3rd.
Furkan Gözükara@FurkanGozukara

This is insane. The new $35k drone has the exact same optical terrain-scanning tech as a $2.5M Tomahawk missile. If GPS is jammed, it literally looks at the ground to navigate. The era of multi-million dollar missiles is over.

@AndrewZ24597481 Not sure why you want to twist the obvious. One of the main goals of war gaming IRL is exactly to determine an opponents responses to different tactics at the strategic and tactical level. A multitude of other 'effects' related to that can also studied/discovered.

@ScottRCarpenter Its not even that dire. He's willing to incur pain to right past wrongs. He's willing to make a fair deal, and of course making it a little sweeter on his side is better. Lying and crying about how your sweet deals of 40+ years were 'fair' does seem to get his goat.

It’s difficult to get Canadians to understand how Trump negotiates and what our position is relative to the US when it comes to trade so let me simplify it for everyone. Trump doesn’t care if a deal causes him or the US a small amount of discomfort if it crushes his opponent economically and gets them to negotiate in the manner he wants. He will literally cut off his own pinky finger if he thinks that your refusal to cooperate will cost you an arm and a leg in return. You can either respect the method and work with the operator on the other side or you can get ready to buy a prosthetic or two. That’s where we’re at.

@CuHeadAnalytics @shipwreckedcrew I am also often pedantic, but lets get real. Using, means taking potable water and making it no longer fresh, potable water. If a DC is using a cheap evaporative water cooling system, then they are in effect taking water, changing to evap mist that is longer in the local system

@shipwreckedcrew As it turns out, it doesn't use ANY water. The 1st law of thermodynamics is that mass/energy cannot be created nor destroyed. Water is simply used to cool, then brought to ambient temperature for discharge. Water can never be consumed. Just recycled.

@RobertC2133 @CynicalPublius Pray tell, who are these 'lots of people'? The 30-40K Iranian protestors? The significant number of VZ's running drug boats? Your sweet, gentle Cartels importing kindness? Is there any doubt now to that a PO'd Iran would have used nukes on any/everyone?

@CynicalPublius Trump is kind of an evil man rather that just dumb in traditional boomer ways. He kills a lot of people. He creates a lot of sadness and tears people apart for fun. He's wrong about the premise of life. Power shouldn't be used to exploit but to lift up

What is the meaning of the phrase "trans rights are human rights?" Don't trans people already have rights by virtue of being human like everyone else? What other right do they want that we don't already have as humans? Why the need for this slogan?

@nicholadrummond Also fast enough to run down drones with much less expensive cannon fire, on loiter for several hours vs 20-30min of F35 firing even 'cheap' $50k missiles.

@mopenshaw @DLCampanile What were the rules of engagement that tied their hands behind their back, to _prevent_ 'escalation' ? But I've been arguing physically occupying Kharg now will likely see everything Iran has left targeting Kharg to spite the US and world. Not worth the risk, at least 1-2 weeks

Yeah, we sent in 800 marines into just the city of Beirut as only PART of a multi-national peacekeeping force. One city and how did that work out (my brother could tell you; he was there for that one). We sent a reinforced division of Marines with scads of army, etc. to Iraq. Yeah, a good number to supposedly take Kharg island- but the Iranians have had weeks to prepare a reception for that. And it's pretty obvious they are in full kamikaze mode at the moment, so don't think they won't burn down the island to the ground to kill a bunch of Americans and keep it out of American hands.

Some of you are taking this way too seriously. Pretty sure they're gonna be sent on appropriate missions. No, I don't think that means taking on the entire country by themselves. Even if I do know a few convinced they could do it if they were allowed to make up their own rules.

@carriecoon Trump really owes a big Thank You to the MSM for all the great work like this they've done. MSM has convinced the Left and numerous world leaders to underestimate him as short-sighted/ignorant. Thats why VZ, Iran (almost), Cuba ( very close ) are being Solved, and NATO exposed.

In January, I called on the president to fire Noem—and he did. I truly approached the confirmation of my colleague and friend, Senator Mullin, with an open-mind. We need a leader at DHS. We must reopen DHS. My AYE is rooted in a strong committed, constructive working relationship with Senator Mullin for our nation’s security.
U.S. Senator John Fetterman@SenFettermanPA

.@POTUS @realDonaldTrump: I make a direct appeal to immediately fire @Sec_Noem. Americans have died. She is betraying DHS’s core mission and trashing your border security legacy. DO NOT make the mistake President Biden made for not firing a grossly incompetent DHS Secretary.
