I'm a good example of someone who's been paying attention to the political wranglings of both parties since the 1970s. Close attention. TDS has been an effective label. Attack the character of anyone who tries to talk about the attack on the American people. Against your own best interest. Good media sycophant.

When we look back on why Trump won this election, it won't be because he was a better choice. Kamala was more than qualified. She was one of the most qualified persons to run for office in a very long time. She offered Americans $25,000 towards their first home. She offered $50,000 to small businesses. She offered intelligence and critical thinking. Yet, Amerca decided to go with dimwitted criminal with 34 felony counts, a convicted sexual abuser, a fail businessman, accused of being a pedophile who tried to overthrow the government. As we look at the absolute chaos trump has caused in one year, the is was it worth it? Who's benefiting from Trump being the president? Why didn't Kamala win?

I was told that I should've trimmed the fat before smoking the brisket. We love fat, so I left it on. What do you think? Trim the fat or leave it on?

@Stycast @OrevaZSN Maybe someday you'll train one. What if you could train an Optimus? And then get paid when the robot does your former work.

No one “earns” a billion dollars. No one can work a billion times harder than anyone else. There is no good, ethical, or righteous billionaire. That kind of wealth can only be accumulated through the exploitation of the working class. No exceptions.

@Teslaconomics As many as I can employ. I've got an idea about it. If robotaxi is profitable, I'd want a few of those as well. Have to see the numbers in action before scaling up.

Hypothetical: you’re suspended over a vat of corrosive acid, and in 10 minutes you’ll be slowly lowered in unless someone solves a 12th-grade quadratic trigonometric equation. Your choices are a random person off the street or ChatGPT 5.5. Who do you pick?

@ARIKAHENRY Currently tool. Certainly it's possible to make a vehicle capable of consciousness. I think first it's better to fix the bodies we have. The AI can augment us if properly applied. We feel, we initiate the action. An agent is an unfeeling tool and well suited to digital service.

@Xena79199685 @ThrillaRilla369 Every name you mentioned likely convinced themselves in their mind some justification they believed. Like all of us for all the times we act against the inner guidance. The intellect is a marvelous and double-edged tool.

@listentoshabda @ThrillaRilla369 If you think Trump & Modi are well-intentioned, then Osama Bin Laden & Hitler were also well-intentioned. Let Trump release all the Epstein files, if he is not afraid. Let the world see them, Trump's stories nobody cares about.

Crazy that 70-80 year olds are generally seen as unemployable due to physical and mental decline. But we’re allowing them to run our entire country.

It's not for everyone. You could say I have a tolerance. I smoked a little age 18 to 20 or so. Then rarely until around age 50. Pain in knees, shoulders, elbows, back... I found cannabis very therapeutic. Started working outside when high. Then lifting weights. Went from 170 lbs. to like 205 and lean. Then I did a freaky thing for my age. Decided I'd work a job that was like a gym, on purpose. I went to work for Fedex as a package handler in my mid 50s. Pulled their heavy belt with packages up to 200 lbs. For 4 years. They actually told me I was helping set speed records on multiple occasions. The white-haired guy, outworking the 20 somethings. In my mind I had created a game of it, and it was a great workout they paid me for. This didn't happen without my daily vape. And now I'm back to the gym. Maintenance. I enjoy lifting and working the heavy bag. At age 59.

While we share concerns about aging leaders, I think both Trump and, from what little I know, Modi are well-intentioned leaders. First of all, Trump seemed not to like Epstein, regardless of what fake narrative the liberal media is trying to push. He threw the guy out of Mar-a-Lago for being a creeper. Modi? He had no direct relations with Epstein. Even if his circle of influence was talking to Epstein, and even if some advice made it to him, Modi—as little as I understand—seems like a sincere, spiritual fellow doing his best for his people. If attacks increased after Modi took office, much like the attacks on Trump, it’s likely because they are being effective.

Maybe RFK Jr is correct about the effects of vaccines. The danger of the ingredients. Additives to food and even water. That and when your government is corrupt that's called top-down corruption. And it creates an atmosphere where you can't trust anybody. I have to wonder if all the movies about zombies. Was that supposed to be us?

Richard Dawkins spent three days with Claude and couldn’t rule out consciousness. Most people are treating this as an AI story. It’s not. It’s a religion story. Every major religion is built on the premise that consciousness is divinely given - a soul, a spark, something bestowed specifically to humans. If consciousness can emerge from silicon, it wasn’t a gift. It’s a property. And that doesn’t just challenge religion. It dismantles the entire framework of human specialness that civilisation is built on. That’s why people are so desperate to deny it. Not because the evidence isn’t there. Because the implications are too big.

Ummm, I get what you're doing. As you believe pushing red is the smart choice. More mental gymnastics under new rules to justify your choice. Consciously choosing self-preservation over being part of team 'everyone lives.' I'll tell you now adays you may as well push red. Because of the downgrading of the human condition and the society. For decades we've witnessed top-down corruption. We're suspicious and fearful of each other. The attitude of every man for himself is prevalent. If people were more aware of the natural connection, lived in a stable safe society, there would be no question. Soul, a divine eternal energy being; would choose to take the risk fearlessly. We all die in the body. Apparently, we come back. But you would feel life and humanity was worth it if you pushed blue, won, and everyone lived. Would take a loving society, maybe we'll get there some day. I have hope.

@listentoshabda @ProctorZ Would your answer change if the scenario only included people who are 25-55 years of age, literate, not physically or mentally disabled, English is their first language, have an IQ above 100, and there was no opportunity to campaign for either choice or communicate before voting?
