Well manic episode over, time to get back to ROUTINE so i don't crash and try to kms again

@my_sweet_space I know it's scary. I'm going through outpatient treatment myself and it is HARD and scary but it will be so worth it in the end

errrmmmm just got off the phone with the ed treatment/dietitian person and scheduled a follow up call to go over insurance…. this is so scary i almost sobbed while just talking wtf maybe i don’t wanna do this, it sounds so serious :(
