when I tried to stab myself to prove I wasn’t a real human being and my gf had to tackle me and hold me down until I fell asleep and then the next day she asked if I would be interested in marriage in the future

@jsargument so i had the flu for the first time and took super relief cough medicine and had a horrible reaction like tripped really badly so everything was heightened 100x 😭 when this happened i had just woken up into a panic so i wasn’t thinking clearly at all

@jsargument @kuntimora - and stuff like that, it’s never a clear thought process of “oh if I bleed I’m alive” which might help when rational and spiralling, it’s just “I’m not a living creature I can do whatever, watch!”

@jsargument @kuntimora I experience manic episodes which might not be the same as this but ik for me in those times it’s never rational, like stabbing pin prick jumping off a roof are all the same severity? Yk! Like I thought I was non human when I was listen and tried jumping off a bridge-
