NOBODY is getting “off the hook” for the unfair Trade Balances, and Non Monetary Tariff Barriers, that other Countries have used against us, especially not China which, by far, treats us the worst! There was no Tariff “exception” announced on Friday. These products are subject to the existing 20% Fentanyl Tariffs, and they are just moving to a different Tariff “bucket.” The Fake News knows this, but refuses to report it. We are taking a look at Semiconductors and the WHOLE ELECTRONICS SUPPLY CHAIN in the upcoming National Security Tariff Investigations. What has been exposed is that we need to make products in the United States, and that we will not be held hostage by other Countries, especially hostile trading Nations like China, which will do everything within its power to disrespect the American People. We also cannot let them continue to abuse us on Trade, like they have for decades, THOSE DAYS ARE OVER! The Golden Age of America, which includes the upcoming Tax and Regulation Cuts, a substantial amount of which was just approved by the House and Senate, will mean more and better paying Jobs, making products in our Nation, and treating other Countries, in particular China, the same way they have treated us. The bottom line is that our Country will be bigger, better, and stronger than ever before. We will, MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!

Also this was never about bringing jobs back to America, especially low cost, low wage, low skill jobs in shitty manufactory places. But he used this to sell it to the MAGA crowd / blue collars (mainstreet vs wallstreet)
Everyone saying "oh they gonna bring manufactory to america, from the right, is literally a drooling idiot (no offense), because that was never in the cards, if you knew anything about economics, heck if you knew anything about supply chains, literally if you just played an economy game like Victoria 3 or Anno you would know that things don't magically appear over night.
There will never be low skill low wage industrial scale level manufactory in the US, it's just not profitable and will never be profitable unless US becomes poorer & environmental regulations + the other red tape goes away.
This was purely an attack on China and Chinese influence in the world. Fortunately for us plebs, this is purely an economic attack. 100 years ago it would have been a real war.
Regardless if you do have some brain this sort of reckless showmanship does not bode well for future head of states. because when you can "do something", things start to happen and the best thing you want is for "nothing to ever happen"

IMO: China 🇨🇳 showing their real issue, Monetary Policy.
This was never about a trade war or tariffs.
China chose Silver 100 years ago - the world went to Gold. China lost 30% of their purchasing power and have been playing catch up for 100 years.
In 2019 the Trade War started and China has been accumulating gold since 1933.
Their play is to challenge the US Dollar as global reserve currency with gold through a gold backed Yuan.
However the US has found Bitcoin which they are pushing as the next reserve and global Monetary System via the digital dollar, the dollar backed stable coin.
China is fighting for the old system of gold. They banned Bitcoin 22 times and pushed Bitcoin mining out.
China made the same mistake as they made with Silver. They are behind again due to being a closed loop country.
This is what’s going on people.
China wants a gold backed reserve currency.
US wants a Bitcoin backed reserve currency.
Tariffs are the spark to expose this and now you know.
Don’t f this up. It’s going down right now. Prepared?
