@4ster19900 omg😭 my fitness app tells me I should have like 100max but I feel o need more so I eat like 130/140 and feel good I thinkkkk but I’ll definitely try experimenting with it! that’s an interesting topic actually

@litrusoly According to the calculation i got in a health store, i should have 102g. Then the horrid creature that is MyFitnessPal tells me 180g. But my body functions the best at 130-145g. 😭 just try some different things for periods. See and feel what works!!

I'm 158cm/56kgs, I personally think that 135g protein is perfectly fine for me. Idk where this 180-200g recommended came from bruh

@litrusoly NOOO girl trust me you are NOT a failure!! i know soooo many ppl who had to try multiple times just bc of unfortunate coincidences!! and personally i only passed bc the examiner was feeling generous that day 😭😭 being nervous rlly makes us all make stupid mistakes
