It’s because people took it personally. Tbh, I don’t really know what everyone expects Goose to do in this situation. The leaks already happened, and at this point it’s mostly out of her hands. She can’t magically control people spreading things around online.

And instead of sympathy, her own fandom celebrated it. She responded with "ehh, who cares?" - not because she didn't care, but because she was already broken. "I really just can't keep my heart in this thing anymore. It's gotten too much bigger than me" > She made a cartoon. Just a cartoon. It went viral and she never asked for any of this > The fandom harassed her voice actors and attacked her personally > She pulled all-nighters for months to make the ending perfect - for people who leaked it anyway > She's now saying she shouldn't have been the face of her own show A creator just watched her passion project get destroyed by the people who were supposed to love it most.

tadc fans don’t even tell you what’s in the leak anymore they just look at you like this

If gooseworks responds with a joke, she gets called unprofessional. If she responds seriously she gets told she's doing damage control. If she says literally NOTHING she gets pestered to respond. She CAN'T win with yall, so I don't know why anyone's shocked she's sick of it all.

I can’t because glitch and goose put in SO MUCH effort into Tadc and they get this in return. Hate me for this but the finale was one of the most beautiful endings I’ve seen my entire life. You should rather not say anything than biting the hands that feed you. -
