@DrGtrombone I resisted the urge to buy one for ages as I love a good paperback, but 3 years ago I also took the plunge and to be honest, I’ve enjoyed using the kindle (also handy for holidays!), but there are some things I refuse to not have in paperback also 😂

@BigPictureLivin I’ve been here before with my masters by research, so thankfully it’s slightly less daunting than it could have been! Though when I have my full data set, it will be larger than my said masters work, so this time it’s definitely more intense! But I find analysis fun 😂

You know you’re at an intense (but very much enjoyable) analysis stage of your PhD when more post it notes are purchased 😂 #AcademicChatter #PhD #AcademicTwitter

This is horrible, punishing, dictatorial and unhelpful @WHO - your comms go from bad to worse.

Love this - many will have experienced this also I would think 😂 @AcademicChatter @Momademia

Today marks a massive milestone in my life. 2018 I was diagnosed with specific learning difficulties. Today I am a Dr of Philosophy. I couldn't have done it without the support of my amazing husband and family.

Performance anxiety study published 4barsrest.com/news/60786/per…
Promoting my masters work and recent publication to the brass band community finally 😊

@DrBeckyMcCarthy Thank you - yeah, it angered me more than anything that if I weren’t that strong minded person; it could have really upset! But nope!

@littlefeefee87 Read this and got annoyed, don't listen to whoever said that. You have done brilliantly and should be really proud of yourself for all your achievements 😁

First academic journal publication accomplished! So excited to share the paper of my masters work into ‘Exploring and comparing differences in contesting and non-contesting brass band players performance anxiety and coping strategies’ 😊 #IJMHW tinyurl.com/36esmuap
