@alishainthebiz communication definitely needs to be better. unfortunately the city favors developers, though. from my recent experience at a meeting and talking to a community leader, my understanding is that’s the biggest issue.

sitting in on a PHL zoning board meeting; community buy-in matters a ton. you can’t just move into any neighborhood and build whatever you want. this is a city; everything you do makes an impact. but also the city has to do a better job communicating these public hearings
