Entitled behavior from “fans” makes me sick to my stomach. If you can’t consume entertainment without respecting the entertainer as a human being first and foremost, I implore you to take a break from fandom spaces and reacquaint yourself with basic decency.

Well, even if it seems excessive, I can understand it if you're visiting New York for a short time and you're seeing the play all those times. I've personally never done a stage door unless I was seeing the show except for once at The Boy From Oz, where I met up with some friends and then left. I also get the thrill of meeting the person you're a fan of, and Hugh is exceptionally kind to his fans (but he's also not a sucker) and so what's really egregious is that they accept his kindness to them and then turn around and write nasty things about him and even worse things about Sutton, who he loves, on this platform. Like, grow the fuck up. At least they're not following him home, I guess.

@Kiki510 That’s honestly the thing I don’t get. He’s so nice. He talks with them, Poses for pics, gives them a good fan experience and then they turn around and trash him and the person he loves. Some of the stuff they write is vile. I could never play in someone’s face like that.
