@SofterEchoes I strongly disagree. I keep seeing people claim that boycotting for Shaw caused MLQC EOS. That's absolutely untrue, and obviously a tactic to make people fear joining in this boycott. There were many factors that led to the MLQC EOS, but that was absolutely not one of them.

All of that "correcting" is frankly pointless. What happened WAS that there was a ton of people who wanted the character gone and as a result his presence was massively reduced. What happened was also that the game continued on the CN server but the global server was shut down. The lack of a cause and effect relationship between these things doesn't change the fact they're both true and both things people are concerned about happening.
