Let me break this down for you, because the media’s been tiptoeing around it, and what’s happening is beyond criminal.
Kilmar Abrego Garcia was living legally in Maryland under a court-issued Withholding of Removal order.
That means the U.S. government explicitly recognized that deporting him back to El Salvador, where he faced credible threats from gangs, was illegal. He had a work permit. He was building a life here. He testified against gangs to help us.
Then the Trump administration grabbed him and quietly deported him anyway.
No court hearing. No due process. No notice to his lawyers. Just yanked from U.S. soil and dumped into a Salvadoran prison that holds the same gang he testified against. A place the U.S. had already admitted was too dangerous for him to be returned to.
When the courts found out, they ordered his return immediately. A Maryland judge said the flight had to turn around. It didn’t. A Supreme Court ruling—unanimous—confirmed the government’s actions were illegal and ordered DHS to facilitate his return.
And guess what? They still haven’t brought him back.
Why?
Because he might already be dead. That’s the only reason that makes sense. This administration is stalling, stonewalling, making excuse after excuse—because the one thing they can’t undo is a corpse in a Salvadoran prison.
So let’s be crystal clear: a U.S. resident was illegally deported in defiance of multiple federal court orders, dumped into one of the most violent prisons in the world, and likely murdered under the full watch of the U.S. government. And nobody’s been held accountable.
If that’s not tyranny, what the hell is?
This isn’t just a legal failure—it’s a moral collapse. And every day they delay his return, they’re telling the rest of us that your court orders, your protections, and your life mean nothing if you fall out of political favor.
Blood is on their hands. And they know it.
