@developerjack We're really sorry you received anything different to your preference settings. That's not cool from us. 😔 I've added more internal systems to make sure this doesn't happen again. Thanks for letting us know, we'll keep trying to win back your support. - Sincerely, Rachel
@J_smith_191 Hey, not exactly true. 1. we don’t harvest anyone data for commercial gain. They are only kept for Health Authorities and deleted after the min required period. 2. we never force restaurants to use our QR. It’s always their choice. Let us know if you have any more questions! 🙏
@ktsactual Hey kevin, no particular reason, we were just trying to simplify the screen by removing some clutter but in doing so created unanticipated confusion. #uxdesignfail 😅We’re now working on redesigning to rectify this, stay tuned!
@krubs@ShareTeaIloilo Ah, for reasons we are unable to rectify, Sharetea Carnegie is currently suspended. We are working with the Australian HQ on this. In the meanwhile you can use it at other stores, or simply seek refund
@livenpay@ShareTeaIloilo Sharetea Carnegie said they are no longer accepting. When I bought the package, it stated they did, and I’ve been using it here for a long time
@TristanMarsh19 Hey Tristan, that's not good! We will take a look at it right away, to help us diagnose this issue, can you DM us your username or email address or email those info directly to support@liven.com.au? We will be looking out for your message
Just listened to @kiwilark present! Loved hearing about how he identifies cognitive load in CX to find opportunities. There's a lot of cognitive load pre-dining (such as who to dine with) we are excited to explore @livenpay 💪
