Dear Friends on X , I want to thank those of you who tag me or let me know if someone is having an issue at an Ancira store that I can solve. You Rock! While I want to always deliver great customer service at our stores, on occasion we goof ! So if everyone can continue to let me know about any unpleasant experiences at one of our 14 Ancira stores or you know someone who has had an unpleasant experience, or maybe you even see a post with one, to please tag me or send me a message. I will never ask someone to remove a post, I just want to know about it so I can fix the issue. There are 1000s of interactions on a daily basis with 870 plus human team members so I am unable to know about all of them with notification. What I don’t know about I can’t fix. I want everyone to know that I know the importance of a reliable vehicle to get your kids to school, get to work, maybe take a parent to a doctor or even go on a road trip vacation. I also want to see our customers again when it is time for service or a new vehicle and that will not happen when someone has an experience that does not go well. My name is on that sign for a reason. So you know who to go to when things don’t go as planned. Please message me at anytime at all hours. I to make mistakes daily and always work to improve on myself & no doubt that happens at any one of our stores as well. My dad always said if you haven’t made a mistake today you probably weren’t doing anything. However, that doesn’t mean we dont want to be better tomorrow. So please let me know how I can help. That’s a wrap on another trip! The extension didn’t happen this time, life was calling (sitting at a swim meet right now). We literally did nothing other than pool and gamble. No fancy dinners, no shows, events, nothing. We left a small winner (f yeah!) for the first time in forever. I can’t recommend Aria enough, it’s far and away our favorite hotel. Oh, try the Crack Shack in front of Park MGM, great chicken sandwiches. Next up is Maui, then we’ll be back in Vegas in November!
