@TylerAlterman Yessssssss!!! I really do. Recognizing preverbal existential terror is number one (saying it to yourself - this is preverbal) and then giving yourself what preverbal humans need, namely - food, touch, song, light, water, showers, outdoor looking time (trees, birds etc.) 💙

Anyone have tips for engaging preverbal existential terror so that I can learn how to relax into the heart of being? lol

@TylerAlterman It has also been helpful to disengage from selfness, allow myself to sit in the void (in meditation), allow the sensation of dissolving into non-being. The sense of a self still sitting remains and the fear recedes.

This friend is great at communicating things OUT to other people. However INSIDE his own head, alone with his own thoughts, he lives in a world of concepts.

@davidhoang I read Never Let Me Go by Kazuo Ishiguro recently. Amazing book, absolutely destroyed me. Thematically relevant to present time. I recommend not reading about it beyond the book jacket description, the slow reveal is worth it.
