@nxwestmidlands Are you running the 18 from Kings Norton to Bartley Green on Tues morn (and back again later)? Or will you leave kids stranded? Had to pick my 12-year-old up today as no buses by 5pm. Tired of leaving work early then working evenings to cover your terrible service

@nxwestmidlands What are the opening hours of Yardley Wood Bus Garage? And would something left on the bus at 8am be in the lost property by now, or is it better to wait till the following day?

@nxwestmidlands @KEFWschool This is the 18 from Bartley Green to Yardley Wood NOT the one in Dudley. Three buses did eventually arrive at 5pm. School finishes at 3.35pm, and there should be 7 buses between 3.35pm and 5pm. This was an issue before half term too. Why?

@nxwestmidlands What’s going on with the 18 bus service? My 11-year-old plus 30-40 other kids left in dark/rain for 1.5 hours with zero buses from @KEFWschool towards Kings Norton today. Don’t you feel any duty of care to get these kids home safely?

@Steve_whitehous @nxwestmidlands @KEFWschool It’s the 18 that goes from Bartley Green to Yardley Wood. King Edwards is in Bartley Green. Cradley Heath would be a long commute for an 11-year-old, though possibly quicker than the 2 hours, 10 minutes it took to travel 4 miles today.

The food's great at Damascena (I've only been to the Moseley one, but there's one by the cathedral) But it might more casual than what you're looking for?
