@AmericanAir I applied the credit to the flight I just boarded. The boarding process was horrible - rude agents - now a delayed flight we are sitting on the runway for 30 min and will probably miss our connecting flight. We fly all the time with another airline and NEVER have issues like this

Had a credit with @AmericanAir and needed to use it before it expired. We have not even boarded yet and this is the worse experience! #neveragain
