We won't stop until our industry is taken seriously. @carolynharris24 and @JudithCummins have written to @BorisJohnson asking him to recognise that the decimation of the beauty industry is #notalaughingmatter and to end the chauvinistic behaviour we have seen in Parliament.

So we are not allowed to open our beauty businesses and do manicures and pedicures. Yet hairdressers open are doing beauty treatments. This is why you can’t separate beauty from hair. I’m getting so depressed about unfair treatment of beauty. @bbeautycouncil @nhbfsocial

So I’m confused. Pubs have been described as super spreaders of the virus COVID-19 in the daily Downing Street briefing today. So how can it be safer for pubs to open before beauty salons. This week has just infuriating me more and more. @bbeautycouncil @nhbfsocial

@Hermesparcels Well I have had serveral deliveries from Hermes over the last few weeks and they wouldn’t know what contact free delivery is. We have to ask the to put the parcel down and to step back. You need to train your delivery people better. And have somewhere where complaints can be made

@Jewellery_Maker Absolutely disgusted that my mum hasn’t received her dremel and has been accused by customer service of being dishonest. Usually a great service, but my mum is 79 and really upset at the behaviour and tone she has been had to endure on this occasion!!
