Introducing MedOS — an AI × XR × Cobot World Model for clinical perception & action MedOS bridges a long-standing gap in medicine: abstract clinical reasoning & physical intervention. Inspired by human cognition, MedOS adopts a dual-system architecture: • physics-aware simulation to model procedures • spatial intelligence for reasoning and action The goal is not replacement, but democratization of expertise. MedOS narrows the gap between junior and senior physicians, turning clinical intervention into a human–AI collaborative discipline. This is a cross-disciplinary effort between between Stanford Medicine (@StanfordMed) and Princeton AI (@Princeton / @PrincetonECE).
