@zorogirii yeah, that’s why the big toe is the only one i’ve seen that can kinda be justified bc i’ve seen it used to just slightly add shape to the nail but not to necessarily lengthen it like we do on fingernails. but even still im like… just get gel.. we don’t need to do all that..

@llarvalis the concept of getting acrylic to make toenails longer makes every square inch of my skin crawl. like that’s why we get them on our fingers (more or less) so like i fail to understand any reason whatsoever for the idea of acrylic toenails to manifest in someones brain

idk if this is a hot take but i think getting acrylic on your toes is kinda diabolical. It feels unnecessary at least for me bc regular polish or gel tends to stick super well on my toes, so what’s the reason for the acrylic?

@zorogirii genuinely. a girl i used to work with did acrylic on her toes and then her WHOLE PINKY NAIL CAME OFF BC SHE STUBBED IT?! LIKE THAT IS WHAT YOU GET FOR PUTTING ACRYLIC ON YOUR TOES. i can MAYBE understand when ppl do acrylic on their big toe i guess? but any more is too much

@llarvalis it is gluttony and greed at its finest there is no reasonable explanation for acrylic toes unless ur looking to break ur toenail clean off when u accidentally slam a toe against some furniture

i want some capris so bad, i think they’d be perfect for work during the summer bc most shorts/short skirts are TOO short for my job

on that note i’m getting a manipedi tomorrow to treat myself for my bday >< plus i miss having nails lowk
