While Labour is waging genocidal war on Iran, genocide in Palestine, Syria and Yemen, they are also waging war on the working class. Labour’s commitment to imperialism means they offer the working class nothing. So they fob the workers off with racist anti-immigrant rhetoric and actions. We went to offer the affected and victimised workers of TFL our support. Dear colleague, Your Union is continuing to oppose the Government's unfair and arbitrary [!] changes to the Skilled Worker Visa rules which are impacting a number of RMT members, putting them at risk of deportation when their current visas expire. Some members' visas have already expired since the changes were introduced last summer and other members visas are due to expire in the coming weeks and months. Despite RMT's continued political and public campaigning on this issue [!], including the issue being raised in Parliament [!] and directly with the [LABOUR] Government, the [ LABOUR] Government has refused to change its position [!] Therefore, we will be holding a further demonstration [!] outside the Home Office to demand full protections for our members who are impacted by these unjust changes.
