Several power plants shut down today leaving the entire Luzon and Visayas regions vulnerable to rolling blackouts. And they want to make the Philippines a data center hub and high tech manufacturing (Pax Silica). Highest power costs in Asia, worst power infrastructure, and zero strategic petroleum reserves. Lack of planning cannot be made up for by handshaking on grand projects that have little hope of materializing.

This has gone far too long just to protect a fugitive corrupt murderer. Hindi na siya nakakatawa. The amount of chaos, institutional embarrassment, and blatant abuse of power happening just to shield one family is beyond disgusting. Imagine dragging an entire government into dysfunction while innocent people, media, and the public are forced to watch this circus unfold in real time. WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU MEAN the Senate granted Bato protection? Why the fuck are y’all protecting someone involved in crimes against humanity? This is exactly why people are losing faith in the system, instead of demanding accountability, you’re shielding powerful individuals while countless victims are still crying out for justice. It’s sickening how those in power can still receive protection when serious human rights allegations continue to haunt their names.
