I don’t really agree with this narrative. Most of the people who made the most money dropshipping did exactly that, scaling crappy products from China and they printed millions. Same with YouTube. Most of the guys I know making the most money from YT post relatively low quality videos. It’s just about filling those gaps in the market at the end of the day.

Guys I don’t understand why you’d start a “cash cow YT channel”. It’s the equivalent of dropshippers shilling crappy products from China. You make some $$ but there’s no real brand built. No audience loyalty either. To me it’s not the play. Idk - just my 2 cents.

@notdvb To be fair if this causes shorts to now have $1-2 RPMs it could be worth testing

People in this community often argue whether evergreen channels or trendy channels are the best. Honestly, I think you should be doing both. Boring evergreen channels = Decent and reliable profits Trendy channels = Very high profits, but much less reliable Just do both

@grundstromleo Relying on Q4 to “get rich” and pull high numbers is a misconception in itself in my opinion

“Locked in & ready for Q4” - mfs said this last year got & brutally wrecked. Q4 can be LUCRATIVE AF if: - Your content strat is dialled - You have a post-BFCM strat - You collect emails & build a list - You sell to that list ($$) It takes work. But it’s worth it.

Weird observation But a crazy number of successful faceless YouTubers were locked into video games as a kid. Ripping 10 hour days Gamerscore through the roof Not a woman in sight (back then). Addicted to video games then = Addicted to making $$ online now.

Also, even though me and @carl_pisano_ have a strong reputation from big names in the industry, I still get the jamaïcain dollars allegations or fake screenshot every once in a while. Which I can understand honestly. I’ll answer to that one time only with this screen recording and use it as a reference in the future.

$125,000 in 7 days from one YouTube channel only. We broke our initial revenue record of $105,000 in a week from one channel that happened two months ago. This time, it's a different channel and a different niche from the previous one. It's not luck. This is execution. Just the start.

Ugly thumbnails are Better! viewers are tired of seeing over edited fake looking 💩 (think of dill Tomas, Dimchas, tk, work) the more authentic your thumbnails look the better! do you agree?

Both work. There’s no secret formula. The only thing I say over and over is: More channels -> Less risk If I have 5 channels doing $20k per month and I lose one, it’s just a gap to fill in the overall revenue of the company. But if I lose my only channel doing $100k per month, it’s another story. Branded channels have usually low to no risk. But demonetization and channel removals can happen for a lot of reasons. And one branded channel doesn’t necessarily last longer than a non branded one, the only component of a channel longevity is your ability to pivot content when you need to.

Debating a friend about this Would you rather have 1 branded channel that pays you $10K/mo? OR 5x non-branded channels that pay $2K/mo each? He thinks more channels = more money Idk about that. To me, running up 1 branded channel makes 100x the money because it lasts longer

The reason I post this is because I see too many people hyping Q4 up to be this once in a lifetime gold rush when in reality it's not. You should have your foot on the gas all year long, not for just 3 months of the year.

Here's why Q4 is wildly overrated. This is the RPM chart from one of my long term channels with 50%+ USA audience. Do you notice any major spikes during Q4 or December? Not at all. Funny enough, the highest RPMs seen on this channel were actually during Q1 or summertime.

@notdvb For sure. I would say that title, thumbnail and first 1-2 minutes of the video contribute to 90% of the video’s success
