@LloydsPharmacy Hi I was hoping you could help as I can’t find any other way to contact. I have your migraine tens machine and need replacement pads but the link on the website says they no longer exist? How can I obtain these to use the tens machine during a migraine attack?
@petemorristwit I am sorry to read this and would suggest contacting your GP, so that he can send an emergency prescription to a chemist who have the required medication in stock and maybe someone can collect it for you. Failing this I would contact NHS111 and they can also help to send an 1/2

I have a complaint. I am prescribed lots of medication and enjoy the convenience as an older person having it delivered. Around 10 days ago, I ordered 3 types of medication. 2 you had in stock, but one wasn't. I'm still waiting for any of them, and have now ran out. Thanks a lot! Contact me directly for details.

Received my medication this morning 19/11. Dispatched 16/11 on 24hour delivery as it contains items that need to be refrigerated and injected. Safe to say that this isn't good enough is it.
@LloydsPharmacy It's an online order for non prescription items. That number has no access to the system that does those orders. I tried that weeks ago
@LloydsPharmacy I placed an order for non prescription item on October 19th. Emailed customer service twice with no reply. How can I get in touch to get this delivered?
@Jill16315853 I'm afraid this branch changed hands on the 09 June to R B Healthcare and is no longer a Lloyds Pharmacy so I cannot comment regarding what is happening at this branch JH
@LloydsPharmacy please could you update as to what is happening with your Wilmslow Summerfields branch? GPs are sending prescriptions to the branch but it doesn’t appear to be open.

@lloyds_direct@LloydsPharmacy Who answers this first all I will say is I have cancelled all medication due to the LD app failing and seeing nobody is willing to answer the email sent then I will guess that nobody is willing to help anymore
@andy_uk44 I would spesk to your GP or NHS 111 to arrange another prescription to be sent to another provider to avoid you being without medication. JH
@melaniew2000 We are going through some operational changes with many of our branches changing hands to new ownership. I would initially check with your GP as for the best pharmacy to use for your medication locally. JH
@LloydsPharmacy hi I have tried to order a prescription online but when I select collect from pharmacy option & enter my postcode I only get the option of 1 pharmacy in central London (I don’t live anywhere near London) why can’t I see any pharmacies near me?

@K58453913K I'm afraid we no longer have a retail online Platform so we are no longer selling this item. Most of our branches have now changed hands, so I would suggest looking online at other platforms for a similar item JH

@LloydsPharmacy why is your Hartley Wintney branch closed this morning? Caused me a wasted journey. No sign on door explaining why closed or when it might open. Should normally be open in a Saturday morning.
