In Ireland, what maintenance is usually included in property management fees? My dad pays over a grand a year, and seemingly, it's just to have his grass cut. Is this normal?
I think we're the only business in Ireland who self impose a 2% "tax" that we give to good causes. We donate 2% of ALL you spend with us. We also roast coffee really well. If you need coffee this week you might think of us. If you don't, tell a friend. imbibe.ie/shop/
Spotted the Anastasia Beverley Hills Modern Renaissance palette on sale in Arnotts for €25.25-didn’t buy it then went back to get it and it was gone! I love this palette & am absolutely raging now that I didn’t buy it straight away #firstworldproblems#makeupfanatic.
I’d like to see RTE’s “gifting & entertainment” policy. At Web Summit our policy states: “You cannot accept a gift or hospitality from a third party if you know or suspect it is offered or provided with an expectation that a business advantage will be provided by us in return”
Our new sibling @barpezdublin had a very soft launch yesterday evening. Hope to have kinks ironed out ready for opening very soon. #barpez#barpezdublin
Passed Michael’s College today and saw all the flowers. Can’t find the words for how it went through me. As parents, we have to raise our kids to be independent, brave and take chances; but really it’s us who have to to be brave to let them go. This is our worst nightmare. 😔
I'm going on a road trip tomorrow to beautiful Mayo @EnniscoeHouse@MayoAncestors there's a new cafe there and there's a new pop-up shop in Ballina @orianab_dublin
Looking forward to visiting
@neasa_neasa Surely all these state bodies need governance reviews at this stage, there could be template created of the basics every organisation needs , mind you they all have hr departments but no staff contracts!
