@DrMargaretShow Not one of those studies proves vaccines cause autism but lots of weasel words (“may”, “appear”) and more than half of the studies cite Thimerosal (mercury) as the culprit. Thimerosal has not been a childhood vaccine ingredient since 1999! Fear mongers all the way down!

@Barbara39880436 @Bible__Guy @DrMargaretShow There are no individually licensed measles, mumps, rubella vaccines available in the USA. There are no individually licensed diphtheria, tetanus or pertussis vaccine available either. So it’s not possible to avoid multiple vaccines if you choose to vaccinate

@Bible__Guy @DrMargaretShow I am not an MD, but I would suggest avoiding multiple shots at once. There are genetic tests that can possibly predict reactions. Don’t take Tylenol with shots. Closely look at treatments for illnesses in case you avoid a shot. Look at comorbidities with your child

It is an incredible reality that routine childhood vaccines are the only product for which you cannot bring a lawsuit against the manufacturer to claim that had the product been made safer, your child would not be dead or seriously injured. The only one.
Senator Rand Paul@SenRandPaul

Vaccine makers remain shielded from liability. Anyone harmed by their product deserves their day in court. That’s why I introduced the End the Vaccine Carveout Act to repeal broad liability shields for vaccine manufacturers.

The single LARGEST vaccine–dementia study ever conducted (n=13.3 million) found that adult vaccines (flu, pneumococcal, shingles, tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis) increase risk of DEMENTIA (+38%) and ALZHEIMER’S (+50%) for a DECADE. The more doses, the higher the dementia risk.

Why don't you know about this? That time a definitive govt. study concluded flu shots don't work in the elderly-- and didn't make a difference with mortality in any age group. The more of the elderly population that got flu shots, the more the death rate increased." NIH wouldn't give permission to any of the study authors to do an interview with me. Why? Step #2 of sending me down the rabbit hole on vaccines and govt. coverups. @RepThomasMassie Much more in my bestseller: Follow the $cience amazon.com/Follow-Science…

When the press used to tell the truth. You really need to know what your doctor does not know. They are so indoctrinated they think anything that reveals risks from vaccines, or shows lack of efficacy, is a "lie". That's all they have - denialism. Recent history has proven you cannot run public health on denialism. If they want to be considered legitimate, @SharylAttkisson should be made president of @ABC

Aaron Siri sued the CDC with one simple demand: Show us the studies that allegedly prove vaccines do not cause autism. Their answer will shock you: “40 to 70% of parents who have a child with autism report that they believe vaccines cause their child’s autism.” “When you ask them what vaccines you think cause your child’s autism, they’ll say the vaccines given in the first six months of life.” “On behalf of ICANN … we sent a Freedom of Information Act request, FOIA request to the CDC.” “We said, your website says vaccines do not cause autism. Please give us the studies that show that Hep B vaccines given three times in the first six months of life do not cause autism.” “Please give us the studies that show that DTaP vaccine given three times in the first six months of life do not cause autism.” “Same thing for IPV vaccine, for PCV vaccine, and for HIV vaccine.” “Each one of those vaccines is given three times each in the first six months of life. 15 injections.” “They never gave us the studies.” “I sued them in the Southern District of New York.” “Days before the hearing, I get a list of 20 studies, finally, from the DOJ, because they represent the CDC.” “19 of them have nothing to do with the vaccines given in the first six months of life.” “They were all either MMR studies or studies of an ingredient that wasn’t in those vaccines.” “One of them was an Institute of Medicine [study] from 2012 that canvassed all the literature on whether DTaP vaccine does or does not cause autism.” “The Institute of Medicine … said, we can only find one study on DTaP and autism.” “And in fact it showed an association between [the] DTaP vaccine and autism.” “But the IOM threw it out because they said there’s no unvaccinated control in it.” “When their back was to the wall, they had nothing.” “There are no studies.” “They could not produce one that showed the vaccines given in the first six months of life do not cause autism.” “Here’s the thing they left out: there is one study out there regarding Hep B vaccines and autism.” “It’s from Gallagher and Goodman out of the University of Stony Brook.” “And it showed that kids that got Hep B vaccine versus those that did in the first month of life had three times the rate of autism.” @joerogan @AaronSiriSG

An old soundbite from early reporting by Sharyl Attkisson (@SharylAttkisson) captures Dr. Paul Offit’s stance on vaccines in a way many found outrageous — yet, when questions about it arise, he goes silent. I say let’s have the conversation. Anytime. Anyplace.

Sorry. Dr Offit is misrepresenting himself and the science. First, he is paid by Merck by holding a Merck-funded position. He promotes vaccines because he benefits financially. Second, the claim that a child can safely take 10,000 vaccines is a play on words. The 10,000 refers to antigens. However vaccines contain not just antigens (protein molecules) but also pro inflammatory adjuvants such as aluminum. Antigens are not the same thing as vaccines because vaccines contain antigens and adjuvants. The adjuvants stimulate production of immune molecules called cytokines. No one will dare test the 10,000 vaccines claim on human babies because it carries the risk of killing them.

“Vaccines really sit in their own little universe.” Aaron Siri shares a shocking truth with Joe Rogan: Vaccines are the only product in the world where you can’t sue if they cause serious harm. “They’re unlike any other medical product.” “Every other product that exists, I can sue the company. I can hold them accountable.” “The only products in America where you cannot sue to say, had you made that product safer, my child wouldn’t be dead or seriously injured … are childhood vaccines and child vaccines used by adults.” “It’s the only one, and that’s because of a law called the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986.” @joerogan @AaronSiriSG

@DjtTyler @ChildrensHD What specifically did he lie about? Lawyers make specific claims backed up by evidence. You can’t go to court with opinion statements

@Cleareye57 @ChildrensHD .Gardasil vaccine lawsuits allege that Merck failed to warn of serious side effects particularly POTS , autoimmune disorders, and Primary Ovarian Insufficiency & misrepresented safety data during clinical trials. It’s a fraud case not an injury case. Similar to Vioxx cases  +4

@ChildrensHD First, you can sue if you can prove malfeasance. Siri and and RFK Jr are currently suing over the HPV vaccine.

@mark_myric @ChildrensHD That is not sueing the manufacturer. You sue the federal government in what is commonly called vaccine court. No judges only special masters. No juries. No discovery. No appeals. No punitive damages can be awarded. Maximum award for death is $250,000.

@ChildrensHD It’s more nuanced than that. You generally can’t sue manufacturers directly, but there is the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program set up by the 1986 law. It was meant to keep vaccines available while compensating rare injuries. Worth looking at the full context.
