@lmbenav I know this is blasphemy but I’ve made mate for people in a French press when they were weirded out on sharing the bombilla. It just didn’t feel right though. And sharing a matecito with college classmates and the prof too!?Never happening in the US haha. Interesting piece! 🙏

Today would’ve been my grandma’s 100th birthday. Her name was Emelina Moore & she was 3rd generation Irish-Argentine. She died when I was 7, so I remember little of her, but she’s the driving force behind one of the main characters of my novel. Storytelling keeps people alive. 🤍
