@appare_anon i saw somebody on here fasting for 250+ hours. is it actually possible for the human body to survive nearly 2 and a half weeks without food ????

if anybody on here tells me they've been fasting for 72+ hours i will just assume that they're lying tbh 😭😭

@BallsPez18903 After my recovery I ate oats with lots of toppings, cereal or a sandwich and some sncaks then for lunch i usually ate either pasta and rice (with stuff like chicken and sauce) or a big sandwich. I also ate lots of fruit, chocolates, nuts and other snacks. So I snacked a lot

I genuinely wonder what an average person eats per day, I've only really ever binged and restricted all my life

today’s wieiad + workouts i did no idea how many cals & i kinda feel huge for eating sm but i had to up my intake bc i still havent pooped… 🥲🥲 but i think it looks like a normal day of eating?

@Anorexia1367676 @hungry_bxnny I'm not educated enough about, this but I'm talking about this app specifically because they changed the healthy bmi ranges for teens. Not saying it's necessarily bad, because everyone is different, but in my personal experience 47kg wasn't healthy even at like 14yrs old
