@futureproofio @PoolShamrock first take a backup of the "secure" folder always before any update. if you had downloaded it via git then just do a "git pull" inside the folder. else if you just downloaded the zip file. download the latest one and copy everything over the existing folder.

We know that a good proportion of our community were still trying to claim before our claim process was paused. Before pausing we tried a few solutions to keep the service up. In our efforts to make the process more convenient, we removed certain verification steps such as wallet signatures - leading to an overwhelming number of requests in a very short time, causing issues with the object responsible for paying gas fees. We are currently working to resolve the issue and ensure it does not happen again. Our immediate priority is to restore the system to a stable state. Once that is done, we will share a plan to make it right for our community - especially for those who were understandably disappointed by this experience. We deeply regret the inconvenience, and we’re doing our best to make this right.
