@ableminnow Made a wonderful udon dish for the family. Was baited into an argument(?) by an old friend about the name of his middle age dad band…Sunday…

@ableminnow I made some soy braised tofu and bok choy (over red rice). Used gochujang as condiment. Just enough. Pretty good.

@ableminnow Putting a pound of white beans in the oven now. Heavy enameled pot. 8 cups water. (Found 6 cups too little.) Also have done Royal Corona in jars from last week. Soup is on. What’s the stew/soup line?

@ableminnow I’m a big believer in cooking beans from scratch (although can beans rule as all beans do)…cooking beans is easier than you think. Worried here I’ll spam you much like music recs…😅

@ableminnow Literal horror is a more apt description. I mean I guess production value or genre hybridity or the aesthetic is “elevated” but yes those movies are literally horrifying…I think the same case can be made for Under the Skin…but not say for some other A24 like X or Pearl…
