@TayioSol hello!!!! i'm lobotemi, i've been here for a little while but i tend to not really get much traction... i'm mostly posting about my ocs nowadays!!! i hope i can get along with everyone :D

I wish my algorythim made it easy to find smaller artists. It only shows me the same huge ones over and over. If you're a small artist, please post here!!

@seerofgospel doodles and sketches are the lifeblood of our art. without the silly doodles and sketches the masterpieces would not exist. free yourself from expectations and let yourself enjoy sketching!!!

can someone convince me that posting doodles and sketches is ok and i dont have to post finished masterpieces every day because my brain can't understand it

you have to also learn to separate your worth with how other people perceive you

i do think it is an utter travesty that people like comic creators have someone scroll past their panel (that they would have likely spent hours on) in half a second though. it's always nice to have people appreciate your work of course but (+)

to be honest i don't really mind it because i think if my ocs blew up id explode art to me is about the enjoyment of creating the piece and less about what other people think, having this mindset will help so much in the mental game of feeling like you're not good enough
