@LupineSarah Not everyone’s experience with this is the same. My hairstylist was surprised when I told her that what I used years ago because I didn’t have build up from it and my hair was healthy. So you do you girl.

I started using Pantene again (purely for cost reasons) over the crunchy shampoo I have been using for years & my hair has never been softer, shinier, silkier. Like maybe sulfates & silicones aren't that bad guys

So weaned off my Lexapro a couple months ago and now stuff makes me cry. Saw a photo of a pittie that was euthanized over a supposed attack and he looked so sad and I can’t stop crying. Stupid emotions. 🙄

Movie #16 of the #31DaysOfHorror is one of my favorite rewatches No One Lives. This 2012 film is about what happens when you run into an unstoppable force of evil & mayhem. A group of robbers get more than they expected when they steal from a crazed killer. 9 out of 10.

I really don't like being this person, but I could use any good vibes, prayers, or whatever you've got. My oldest brother and I might be saying goodbye to our brother sooner rather than later. It's just the three of us left in our immediate family, and it's way too soon. 😢
