We're wrapping up our Foodie #ImmuneSupport Week with the #fermented fabulousness that is #kimchi. Packed w/probiotic power to help fight disease & maintain good gut health. We love it w/scrambled eggs. Egg yolks are a good source of vit D which helps regulate immune response.

#Ginger and #turmeric should be called the anti-herbs bc they have antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antifungal & antiviral properties. But they aren’t anti-taste. Drinking these spicy herbs has the benefit of keeping you hydrated, also important for #immunehealth.
