Lagi rame kasus grup wa mahasiswa UI mau berpendapat dari sisi medis khususnya psikologi, karena saya bukan polisi moral 😆 Kenapa banyak cowok bisa nyaman ngomongin perempuan secara objektifikasi di grup privat? Karena ada yang namanya “disinhibisi online”. Saat merasa aman, anonim, dan “cuma di grup”, otak kita jadi lebih berani ngeluarin sisi yang biasanya ditahan. Ditambah lagi efek peer pressure. Di otak, ini berkaitan dengan sistem reward: • Dapet respon “haha”, “anjir”, “setuju” • Dianggap lucu, dianggap bagian dari circle • Dopamin naik. Lama-lama, perilaku itu “dipelajari” sebagai sesuatu yang menyenangkan dan normal. Masalahnya? Kalau terus diulang, ini bisa mengarah ke desensitisasi. Empati ke perempuan turun. Perempuan gak lagi dilihat sebagai manusia utuh… tapi jadi objek. Ini bukan hal sepele. Dalam banyak studi psikologi, objektifikasi yang terus-menerus bisa jadi pintu awal ke: • Pelecehan verbal • Pelecehan seksual • Bahkan kekerasan seksual Jadi ini bukan cuma “becandaan cowok”. Ini soal pola pikir yang dibentuk pelan-pelan… sampai batasnya jadi kabur. Makanya penting banget buat sadar: Kalau kalian cuma bisa bonding dengan cara merendahkan orang lain, itu bukan bonding. Itu conditioning. Dan kalau dibiarkan, dampaknya bukan cuma ke orang lain… Tapi ke cara otak memandang manusia..
