Disturbing footage shows Ricardo López, known as "the Björk stalker," who plotted to kill Icelandic singer Björk. For nearly nine months in 1996, López filmed video diaries obsessing over the singer and discussing various topics from his apartment in Hollywood, Florida. On September 12, 1996, López sent a sulfuric acid letter bomb to Björk’s home in London. He recorded a final video explaining his motives and ended by filming his su*cide. Four days later, Hollywood police discovered his body and the tapes, alerting Scotland Yard, who intercepted the bomb at a London postal facility. The device was safely detonated, and Björk remained unharmed.
