@TVNFamily_ @burnoutrosin I tuned my vette on e85 cause I was tired of paying those premium prices. Got more power and it cost about half of what 93 does

@IHateSoccerPod @6a_28 @AlexiLalas Has nobody ever thought things have always been strange in this world? Does nobody remember this a few years back? x.com/thechriskessel…
Chris Kessell@THEChrisKessell
Courtesy of @Griffin_Author's research. US Club Soccer has paid over $21,000,000 in management fees to CSM Sport and Entertainment in the past 6 years. Twenty One MILLION Dollars.
English

@6a_28 @AlexiLalas Academy division. Yes. MLSNext is clearly more inclusive. I mean you can literally apply right on their website. I haven’t seen that on the Ecnl website since 2023.
English

@PookiesParadise I don't know why people include shake shack or five guys when comparing fast food burgers, price range isn't similar with the others, same goes for when people want to compare in-n-out with five guys.
English

why five guys burger always look like somebody just took it out they pocket
jay🧸@imyjayy
who has the best fast food burger?
English

@fsquid2 @jc_playmakerWNY Very common for ECNL coaches to ban players from playing in HS, also super strange to see because the whole push of ECNL during the DA days was to accommodate for HS play and here we are again.
English

@jc_playmakerWNY Hell, I remember when the executive director tried to ban the ECNL kids from playing HS ball here (Florida is a winter HS season). That is one example of parents getting together and taking a stand. Still find it weird he'll enter the ECNL teams in showcases during HS season.
English

@jc_playmakerWNY Someone is pressuring somebody, wonder who it is, my money is on that you're now messing with leagues and someone doesn't like it 😅
English

@logistixz No clue. Parents of opposing clubs have been asking for the episode because they were so impressed by my buddy that coaches there for being honest in a conversation. Something that isn’t normal
Amongst soccer clubs.
English

@jc_playmakerWNY Maybe because they feel like it gives poor optics on the club.
English

@Don_K_Williams @SRUSA_Official That's interesting. I've recently heard the idea that youth players shouldn't solely play CB or FB because college coaches can easily find players to play the back line.
English

Been taking to a lot of D1 Wsoc coaches today
Big needs for starting caliber center backs
@SRUSA_Official

English

@JayDanielsMVP They have their franchise QB now, after that IMO the best football teams are generally built from the trenches outward.
English

A lot of overreaction on here tonight regarding the Josh Conerly Jr pick
Build around your most valuable asset. Protect your franchise QB. Never can get mad about that.
The team will address other positions of need with other picks. Trust in Adam Peters 🙏🏼
#RaiseHail
English

@ArchiveSeedBank I'd first want to know who is mad and why? The facility is mad or the person that made the seeds?
English

Question.
If a guy that made some untested seeds and gives them out to someone, and that person gives them to another guy who pops them in a facility owned by someone else. Selection is made and grown in that facility. Then that guy gets fired for theft from said facility and steals the clone before leaving. Who owns the clone or is working with stolen material? The facility that incurred all the expense? Or the hired grower that stole the clone from the facility and claims it’s exclusive and his? Asking for a friend.

@properdoinks @blumesociety @terplandia @scrappy_ws @alienlabsTED What was great recently is @JeuGreen getting a win at such a small scale. I really wonder what size his competition was compared to his.
English

@blumesociety @logistixz @terplandia @scrappy_ws @alienlabsTED Yeah, the amount of people quietly watching and learning is the reason I try to spark these debates
English

@properdoinks @blumesociety @terplandia @scrappy_ws @alienlabsTED Applaud you all for what you're trying to do but it's so tough when you're dealing with something that's super subjective and also trying to be objective about it. Ever see that study a while back duping wine connoisseurs?
English

@logistixz @blumesociety @terplandia @scrappy_ws @alienlabsTED I agree, I hate Jack turps, but I can put my personal palette and preference to the side and acknowledge when it’s done extremely well. Any connoisseur should be able to do that
English

@properdoinks @blumesociety @terplandia @scrappy_ws @alienlabsTED Like how some people feel like cilantro tastes like soap. Smell and taste are pretty subjective amongst humans.
English

@blumesociety @terplandia @scrappy_ws @alienlabsTED I feel like I would describe the late pulled Z as more of a Pepper than a gas
English

@gettinghighwith @ElTamalerow Sounds crazy but actually isn't that bad.
English

@Don_K_Williams @Attackwatch1 @NutmegSportsMed @jc_playmakerWNY Wouldn't that be fine for a schools club team?
English

@logistixz @Attackwatch1 @NutmegSportsMed @jc_playmakerWNY This sort of talk ignores the fact that 99% of College players just want to extend their playing days while getting an education
Drives me nuts that this sort of talk all centers around the 1%
English

Basically saying that players rights should be able to be owned, bought and sold by college programs
I don’t think this is the way to fix college athletics
Front Office Sports@FOS
Grambling State head coach Mickey Joseph says there should be buyouts when players transfer up to bigger programs: "There needs to be a buyout. If they move up from me and go G5 or P4, I should get compensation for that."
English

@Attackwatch1 @Don_K_Williams @NutmegSportsMed @jc_playmakerWNY That's why as harsh as it sounds, soccer in the US would be better off if it was completely done away with at the collegiate level.
English

@logistixz @Don_K_Williams @NutmegSportsMed @jc_playmakerWNY As long as college is the end all be all for a large portion of US soccer culture, we will struggle to do anything that looks like a robust pryamid that has revenues back and forth.
English

@ImYouthSoccer @Scot1andT Are you confusing the Michigan rangers and tigers? Rankings app has girls Michigan tigers at 138
English

@Scot1andT We are using the Soccer Ranking app on app store as although not perfect it is the best one we have seen and does a very good job
English

This is the 17th new club and is currently ranked 323 in the country. With 42 additions over the past year the #GirlsAcademy is up to 123 clubs and will be BIGGER than the #ECNL to start 25/26 season as far as clubs (some clubs have 2 teams in both leagues so team count higher)

Girls Academy@GAcademyLeague
Michigan Tigers 🤝 The Girls Academy League
English

@Don_K_Williams @NutmegSportsMed @jc_playmakerWNY Agreed. That system works overseas because those clubs generate revenue in other ways to offset training costs for their academies. Solidarity/transfer payments only happen in rare instances with fully funded MLS academies here.
English

Makes no sense to me
The clubs already get paid by the parents & the idea that clubs are going to get a percentage of scholarships or NIL money to offset what they charge parents makes no sense either, at least not in ⚽️ or other non revenue sports
There simply isn’t big money being splashed about for ⚽️ like there is in 🏈 or MBB 🏀
