Disrupting markets with AI is the move, but most founders are busy running buggy patterns inherited from their parents while trying to build the future. You can automate your ops, but you can’t automate the emotional patterns that crash your leadership at 2 AM. In an AI-saturated world, a clean Human OS is the rarest (and most profitable) asset you own.
Alex Hormozi@AlexHormozi

There's never been a better time to start an AI-first business to disrupt an existing market because all the people in that existing market are busy running their businesses rather than learning AI and using words like "AI-first" rather than actually being AI-first.

At Log.os, we say: "Pressure doesn't reveal character; it reveals an operating system." People can have the best intentions and still run "buggy code" from their past. If the output is consistently painful, stop trying to "debug" their heart and start trusting your own eyes. Results over vibes.

We desperately want to learn someone’s true intentions (their desired outcome) because it helps us predict their behavior But sometimes our worst pain comes from people w the best intentions If someone only hurts you, you need to start listening to your eyes more than your ears

High performers eventually realize: - Money scales. - AI scales. - Leverage scales. But broken relationships compound too. You can build companies. But if your patterns are still leading, you’re not actually leading. Sustainable human connection is the next high-performance edge.

The whole “gold will save us” doomer narrative is pure cope. If the grid goes down, civilization crumbles and we’ll be fighting over food, water, fuel, and security. Gold doesn’t hedge chaos. Neither does Bitcoin obviously. In a real collapse, these aren’t stores of value. They are just loot if you can’t defend them.
tic toc@TicTocTick

If you burry a kilogram of gold in your basement today, a million years from now it will still be a store of value because its independent. Bitcoin is not a store of value because it needs electricity ⚡️ . If there’s no electricity tomorrow, there is no Bitcoin tomorrow.

@alwayspreparing @KevinSzabo14 Researching the map isn’t the same as driving the car. Planning for 11 weeks without taking one action is just a sophisticated way to stay safe. You don't need more data; you need the discomfort of the first step. Close the audit. Make the call. Practice > Planning.

Realized I'm the problem three months ago. Scheduled a 90-day action plan to address it. Week 1: Research frameworks for behavior change. Week 2-8: Audit my current prospecting habits. Week 9-12: Design a pilot program to test making one phone call. Currently on Week 11, still in the audit phase.

@KevinSzabo14 The friction you’re feeling today usually isn't the real problem. It's just the surface. The real work is seeing the repeating patterns that put you there in the first place. Don’t just fight the moment. Understand the history behind it. Responsibility > Blame.

The biggest joke is this: you and I pretending that generational patterns don’t shape the way we think, feel, and connect with the people around us. These patterns live within us. Not against us, but for us. The real liberation begins when we recognize them. When we understand that we have the power, the free will, and the responsibility to reshape what we inherited. We can change the patterns. We can choose differently. We can live the life we were meant to live and love.

@DanielAchog The pattern will be passed down to the next generations. The effect of not doing the work is greater than we think. Changing this perspective makes the step easier to take. The butterfly effect starts with you!

My favorite life hack: exit polite society. Stop saying yes to weddings you feel obligated to attend. Stop wearing a suit because everyone is. Stop ending emails with kind regards. Stop being so over the top nice. Eventually, you realize all the politeness is just fake. When you get sick or hit rock bottom that’s when you find out who your real friends are. Replace being polite with being yourself.
